Auto Transparency

「Auto Transparency」 lets you enjoy the immersive feel of a virtual display while still making it easy to stay aware of your surroundings in the real world.

When 「Auto Transparency」 is enabled, the glasses automatically detect the direction of your head in 「Anchor」 mode. When you look at the screen, the lenses dim for a more immersive viewing experience. When you turn away from the screen, the lenses become transparent, making it easier to see your surroundings.

Turning 「Auto Transparency」 On or Off

「Auto Transparency」 is enabled by default when you use glasses for the first time. To turn it off or on again, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-click the 「X」 button to open the OSD menu.
  2. Go to the 「Spatial Screen」 menu and select 「Auto Transparency」.
  3. Click 「X」 to turn 「Auto Transparency」 on or off.

「Auto Transparency」is only availale in 「Anchor」 mode.

Notes

After enabling 「Auto Transparency」, if your head and eyes are facing the screen again but the display still does not return to immersive viewing mode, try increasing 「Screen Size」 at the current distance, or reducing 「Screen Distance」 while keeping the same 「Screen Size」, so that the screen covers as much of your main field of view as possible and restores a more stable immersive viewing experience.
