Glasses Turn Off Unexpectedly

First check whether XREAL 1 Pro+ turns off after you remove it or while you are wearing it.

After removing the glasses​

The glasses enter deep sleep after the time selected in 「Settings」 > 「General」 > 「Auto Shutdown」. Check this setting before treating the behavior as a fault. See General settings.

While wearing the glasses​

  1. Check that the source is awake and has sufficient power.
  2. Reconnect both cable ends firmly and check any adapter's power supply.
  3. If possible, test with another compatible source and cable to isolate the connection problem.
  4. Update the glasses using the firmware update instructions.
