Settings
Use Settings to customize the glasses, save frequently used configurations, update firmware, and access help.

Menu navigation
- Double-click 「X」 to open the OSD.
- Use 「+」 / 「−」 to move between items.
- Click 「X」 to confirm.
- Double-click 「X」 to go back or close the OSD.
The OSD has three top-level tabs: 「Spatial Screen」, 「Display and Sound」, and 「Settings」.
On an adjustment page, double-clicking 「X」 saves the current value and returns. On an option-selection page, confirm the choice with 「X」; double-clicking 「X」 before confirmation leaves without applying the new choice.
