Use Spatial Anchor

Spatial Anchor is an optional feature of XREAL 1 Pro+. It uses the optional XREAL Eye accessory to add position-aware 6DoF tracking, allowing the virtual screen to stay in place as you move rather than only as you turn your head.

With a compatible XREAL Eye connected, XREAL 1 Pro+ can provide:

  • position-aware 6DoF Spatial Anchor;
  • photo capture; and
  • video recording.

When you connect XREAL Eye, the Quick button is automatically assigned to:

  • Click: take a photo.
  • Press and hold: record video.

Disconnecting XREAL Eye does not automatically restore the previous Quick button assignments. Clicking the Quick button will display “XREAL Eye not connected.” This is expected behavior. To use the button for other functions, open 「Settings」 > 「Quick Button」 and reassign the click and press-and-hold actions.
