What can I do if the image or its edges look blurry?
- Adjust the nose pads and temple angles until both eyes can see the full image.
- If you need vision correction, use compatible prescription lenses.
- Use the supplied cleaning cloth to gently remove marks from the lenses.
- If the image is still incomplete or doubled, check IPD Adjustment.

Which nose pad is pre-installed?
The M nose pad is pre-installed on XREAL 1 Pro+. S and L nose pads are supplied in the box. Choose the size that gives a clear picture and a comfortable, secure fit.
Are prescription lenses included, and where can I get them?
The prescription lens frame is not included. Visit the XREAL prescription lens website for fitting options. Confirm that the selected accessory supports XREAL 1 Pro+ before purchasing.
What if wearing the glasses feels uncomfortable?
Stop using the glasses and rest if you feel dizzy or nauseous. Before using them again, check the fit, lower the brightness, choose a smaller screen, and keep sessions short. Stop again if discomfort returns.
Can I use my existing XREAL prescription lenses?
XREAL 1 Pro+ is compatible with prescription lenses for XREAL One, XREAL 1S, and XREAL One Pro. If you already have lenses for one of these models, you can use them with XREAL 1 Pro+. Follow the lens accessory's installation instructions.
Does the shield provide UV protection?
The shield portion of XREAL 1 Pro+ provides 100% UV protection. When using the glasses outdoors, avoid exposing them to direct sunlight and avoid high-temperature environments.
