Do I need XREAL Eye for every spatial mode?​

No. XREAL 1 Pro+ supports built-in Follow and 3DoF Anchor modes. The optional XREAL Eye is required for 6DoF Spatial Anchor. See spatial viewing modes and XREAL Eye.

Why does the Quick button say “XREAL Eye not connected” after I remove Eye?​

Connecting XREAL Eye assigns photo and video functions to the Quick button. Removing Eye does not automatically restore the previous assignments. Open 「Settings」 > 「Quick Button」 and assign the actions you want. See Quick Button.

Why is there no volume number in UAC mode?​

In UAC mode, the glasses do not display a numbered volume level, but you can still adjust volume. If there is no sound, see audio troubleshooting.

Why does enabling one mode turn another off?​

Some display and spatial modes cannot be active together. The most recently selected conflicting mode takes priority. See unavailable features for checks and requirements.
