Does every USB-C device work with the glasses?

No. A direct USB-C connection requires DisplayPort video output from the source port. A USB-C connector alone does not guarantee this. Check the exact device model and port. HDMI sources require a compatible powered video adapter. See Device Connection.

How do I update the firmware?

Connect the glasses to a Windows or macOS computer and use Google Chrome to visit the XREAL firmware update website. Follow the website instructions. See Firmware Update.

You can also update through XREAL Beam Pro. Connect Beam Pro to Wi-Fi, then connect the glasses. The system automatically checks for firmware updates and prompts you when an update is available. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Where can I change the menu language?

Open 「Settings」 > 「General」 > 「Language Settings」, select a language, and click 「X」 to confirm.
