Gestures and Touchpad
We recommend using hand gestures to navigate XREAL AURA. Keep your hands within the field of view of the tracking cameras:
- Select: Pinch your thumb and index finger together and release.
- Drag & Move: Pinch and hold, then move your hand to drag windows or interactable items; release to place.
- Scale (Zoom, two-handed): Pinch with both hands and move them apart or together to scale windows or content.
Maintain adequate indoor lighting so the cameras can clearly detect your hands, and avoid strong backlighting or hand obstructions such as gloves.
If lighting conditions are unfavorable or you prefer traditional touchpad interaction, you can also use the touchpad area on the front of the Compute Puck to select, navigate, and scroll.

| Select an item | Point at the item, then tap |
| Scroll a page | Slide up or down along the side edge |
| Go back | Swipe inward from the left or right edge |
