Troubleshooting for XREAL Eye

Learn about common issues that may occur when using XREAL Eye and how to resolve them.

  1. If the XREAL Eye feels loose after being inserted into the glasses, please contact customer support.

  2. If you find that images or videos in the XREAL/DCIM/ folder show a file size of 0 KB in File Management, please recheck the stability of the XREAL Eye connection. Try unplugging and reinserting the device, ensure it is securely connected, and then attempt to capture again.

  3. If you experience a situation where there is no display after switching to 「Spatial Anchor」 mode, but the display re-appears after switching back to「Follow」mode when using XREAL Eye with XREAL One Series glasses, please re-check the stability of the XREAL Eye connection. Try unplug and re-insert the device, ensure it is securely connected, and then re-enable「Spatial Anchor」mode.
