Device Cannot Connect Directlyβ
Check whether your device supports DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C. If the device does not support USB-C video output, connect it through the ROG Control Dock using HDMI or DisplayPort.
240Hz Is Not Availableβ
240Hz refresh rate depends on the hardware output capability of the connected device. ROG Ally and gaming PCs are more likely to support high refresh rates, while Nintendo Switch and phones may be limited to 60Hz.
