Learn how to use「AR Screen Recording」 to capture real-world scenes combined with virtual content.
How to Use
Prerequisites

The Beam Pro system version must be updated to the latest version.

The 「My Glasses」 app on Beam Pro must be updated to the latest version.

The firmware version of XREAL One Series glasses must be updated to the latest version.

The glasses connected to Beam Pro must have XREAL Eye attached.
Usage
- In the Beam Pro 「nebula OS」, open the dropdown menu and use the 「AR Screen Capturing」 or 「AR Screen Recording」 function to automatically enable mixed reality recording.
- When using glasses connected to Beam Pro with XREAL Eye attached, triggering「Quick Button」 (Configured as「Take Photos」or「Record」)on the glasses will also activate mixed reality recording.
How to View
Content generated using the mixed reality feature is stored on Beam Pro. Please manage your storage space accordingly.
- In the Beam Pro 「nebula OS」, open the 「Photos」 to view the content.
- You can also view the files through Beam Pro’s 「Files」.

Open the 「Photos」 and select a video or image.

Use the mixed reality feature to start screen recording.

Find the recorded video in the 「Photos」 and share it with your friends.
During mixed reality recording, screen capture of the virtual space depends on the application’s permission to be recorded. If the app does not allow recording, recording may fail or result in a black screen. We respect all DRM-protected applications and do not record their content.
